Who said office can’t feel like college?
No offense, but office life felt like extended college.

Yesterday, I went back to hotel and was thinking about the complete term, How it started?
I was thinking back to the day Vaishnavi walked into Aga Khan Palace and told us
TWU would be tightly packed. We nodded. We thought we understood. We didn’t.
Very early on, M.M. said,
“If it’s a break, take the break. Otherwise, you’ll stretch yourself.”
At that time, it sounded simple.A few days later, we understood it the hard way.
Sleepy eyes. Back-to-back sessions. Still showing up.
That was lesson one — sustainability. And then we looked around the room.
Seventy-six people from different countries, with different accents and different ways of thinking — all under one roof.
Some confident. Some quiet. Some still figuring out where they fit.
We walked in as individuals.Slowly, almost without noticing, we started becoming something collective.
And that meant adapting!
For some, it was adjusting to new communication style. For others, it was realizing that Indian food does not negotiate on spices.
But that’s what this month really was.Stepping outside what’s familiar — and choosing to stay there.
Well said, Be Comfortable with the Uncomfortable.
That’s where the real learning happened. I remember one activity, where five of us had one answer sheet and one pen.
Different opinions. But one final answer. It wasn’t about being right. It was about alignment.
Listening. Letting go. Moving forward together.
That’s what this month trained us in.Different minds; One direction.
And within those seventy-six, we formed smaller teams.
That’s where accountability became real.
This one is for Team 5 (The Delusionals).Yes, we had surprises thrown at us.
We had Real-world complexity. Tight timelines. But we didn’t fragment.
We mobbed. We paired and, We delivered. And somewhere between stress and showcases — we enjoyed it.Team 5 — it was a privilege building with you.
Vamos!
But none of this happened in isolation.
This is for the trainers —As we step into our careers, you showed us that software development isn’t just about writing code.
It’s about how we think. You questioned us. You pushed us. You didn’t let “almost” pass.
And that made this month different.
A simple reminder — discipline is a choice. And now, as we reach the end —
Soon, this office will go back to being quiet.
No chaos in the corridors. No last-minute showcase stress. No voices debating in the breakout rooms.
We’ll still walk into the same building. We’ll see our home-office colleagues. Work will continue.
But something will feel different.
There will be a kind of silence that wasn’t there before.
During my interview, someone told me,
“Your college life will extend by one more month.”
At that time, I didn’t understand.Now I do.Because this didn’t feel like a program.It felt like shared growth.This building may become quieter.
But what we built here —Will not.
